Combine Sites of Fairhaven and Sophia Ville in District 9 have finally found a buyer and sold en bloc for an amount of S$62 Million.

This deal is brokered by JLL Singapore, the appointed marketing agent for Fairhaven and Sophia Ville collective sale.

The 2 adjoining collective sale sites launched their tender in late August and closed in September. This is after more than 80% of the condo owners have agreed to this en bloc sale.

The sale price is less than what the owners are asking for.

The asking price launched for sale in August this year was SS$64 million and after some negotiation, the deal was struck at S$62 million.

This will be the 2nd sites that enjoy collective sale success after Yuen Sing Mansion sold in August.
