As land acquisition fever continue towards the end of the year, another collective site at 32-38D Hillview Terrace has launched for sale.
The owners demanded S$106 million for their 999-year leasehold site, according to their exclusive marketing agent Colliers Singapore.
The combined land area that measures 70,302 square feet is comprises of 14 contiguous terrace factories.
It has gross plot ratio of 1.62 and under URA Master Plan 2019, the redevelopment site has been designated for residential only.
The Hillview Terrace collective site has many amenities close by with either short walk or short drive away.
The redevelopment site is adjacent to mature green areas in the Bukit Batok Town Park, neighbouring retail facilities, and several primary schools that are found within one-kilometer radius.
It is conveniently located near the Bukit Gombak, Bukit Batok and Hillview MRT stations and is easily accessible through major roads namely Upper Bukit Timah Road and Bukit Batok Road.
According to Steven Tan, executive director of Colliers’ investment services, the enbloc site has “great potential” for developers to build a boutique residential development near to the natural reserve and parks while also providing easy access to a variety of facilities.
The public tender for Hillview Terrace site will close on November 9 at 3 pm.
