A portion of The Centrepoint, one of Orchard Road’s most recognisable shopping landmarks, has been launched for collective sale at a guide price of S$418 million, marking a rare partial en bloc opportunity in Singapore’s prime retail corridor.

The offering comprises only the leasehold portion of the development and does not include the Orchard Road-facing retail frontage, marketing agent Savills Singapore said on Wednesday (Jan 7).

The public tender was launched on Jan 7 and will close on Feb 26, 2026, at 3pm.

The sale involves 132 leasehold strata units, split evenly between residential and retail components, and represents the first collective sale attempt for this section of the property.

Strong Developer Interest Expected

Savills said the tender is expected to attract interest from developers who have been actively bidding for Government Land Sales (GLS) sites amid limited supply of prime commercial land.

“With its direct access to Somerset MRT station and location in the heart of Orchard Road, the property offers developers a chance to create a landmark mixed-use development with an internationally recognized address,” said Jeremy Lake, Managing Director of Investment Sales and Capital Markets at Savills Singapore.
